7. Car owners can access their PPM & Loyalty program information via an dealer branded online website.
8. Service records are kept accurately, enhancing the value of the trade-in for consumers.
9. Dealers get paid as services are performed, with opportunities to upsell services in the service lane and build long term relationships with their customers.
10. Agents set their fees get paid on each contract sold.

How do I Purchase a Pre-Paid Maintenance Plan?

Pre-paid maintenance plans are sold by the dealership at the time you purchase your car. You cannot purchase a plan directly from Dealer Maintenance.

How do I access my Account?

When you received your welcome package, you should have also received instructions for where to login, and your password. To login, click here.
Contact your selling dealership if you misplaced this information.

What is Included with my Maintenance Plan?

You should have received a Digital Welcome Package by text or email that describes the details of your PPM program. If you did not receive this information contact your selling dealership to request a new one to be sent out.

How do get or request a replacement loyalty card?

With the introduction of our all digital platform your welcome card is now part of your online account! To access your account you can click the one-touch link that should have come by text or email at the begining of your plan or your maintenance reminders.

How do I Cancel my Pre-Paid Maintenance Plan?

Cancellations must be processed through the selling dealership.
Please contact them to find out if your policy can be cancelled to start the process.
